The word Chanukah means “rededication.” In this class, Dani will help us embody the values we wish to renew as we approach Hanukkah and the secular new year.
Roots & Branches – A Mindful Movement & Mindful Eating Class for Tu B’Shvat
Tuesday, Feb. 11th at 7pm
Join Dani and Rabbi Goldstein in our celebration of the New Year for Trees. This class will begin with gentle movements to bring the holiday alive and conclude with a mindful eating session incorporating the seven species of Israel.
Embodied Joy – A Mindful Movement Class for Purim

Discover the delight in stretching and strengthening one’s body. This class will combine playful curiosity with mindful poses, encouraging participants to embrace their joy.
Finding Freedom – A Mindful Movement Class for Passover

During Passover we recall our redemption from Mitzrayim, literally the “narrow place.” This class will focus on opening and releasing those tighter places in our bodies to help us recall the feeling of freedom.
